Refund policy

Returns are accepted for a swap or a credit, and in some cases a refund. Returned items must be unused, and shipped back in the same condition (ie well wrapped and cared for) so that the work does not break in ret n shipping and must be paid for by the customer.  Used or broken (by you) returns sadly will not be eligible for a credit. Please contact me if your product has arrived broken as this is a different story. 

All returns are at the sole discretion of Tegan Makes and 1 reserve the right to refuse any return.
